Monday and Tuesday students will working as a group to take photos of their table peers. They will be taking 3 poses of each peer and saving it to their IPad. Students will take turns to upload images to their student ID folders. When finished, students will write down 5 dream destinations they would like to visit.
Wednesday students will be working in the computer lab to edit their photos using Pixlr.com photo editor.
Thursday students will use the web to research their dream destinations. They will save 1 image for each destination to their student ID folders.
Friday students will use Pixlr.com photo editor to put themselves into their dream destination image. They will be learning to use layers, similar to Photoshop.
Monday students will be challenged to look at how they will make a difference in creating a world of tomorrow. They will think about cities of the future and write a short story to describe what they would be like.
Tuesday and Wednesday students will share their vision for the future by creating a Google Doodle.
Thursday students will complete their final Google Doodle on the entry form for the Google Doodle contest.
Friday students will learn about the making of the Macy's Thanksgiving parade. Students will review the history and process to create all of the amazing and famous balloons.
Monday students will be learning about Ice Age Artists. They will complete the "Ice Age Artists: Working with Line" hand out.
Wednesday students will continue to work on their Peanut Butter Lover's Month drawing.
Thursday we will finish the Peanut Butter Lover's Month drawing.
Friday students will learn how to "throw on the wheel" with artist Diane Quamman.
